• Quality over Quantity! – We only submit applications for suitable candidates who match the agreed ‘candidate profile’
• We spend a lot of time building a relationship with a candidate before submitting their application, and we pre-qualify all candidates not only for experience, but also for soft skills, cultural fit & attitude
• Include a ‘CV commentary’ with all CV’s submitted to include answers to those questions which are typically difficult to discuss at an interview
