• Providing ongoing help & support throughout the recruitment & interview process, and always on hand to answer any questions you may have
• Source and communicate all feedback from each interview you attend, and offer guidance for future interviews
• Negotiate any offers with clients on your behalf to ensure both parties are happy
• Offering help with the on boarding process, and completing a two weeks’ quality call to ensure you have settled into your new role
